Overview

Q-SYS Reflect offers a remote management and monitoring solution for AV systems. It leverages Q-SYS technology to provide visibility and control of all AV devices (including native and third party devices) across your estate in real-time, securely, from anywhere in the world. It can also connect to other IT platforms to enable your AV data to add value to those other IT systems for far deeper, actionable insights across your enterprise.

Organizations, Sites, Systems, and Peripherals

Q-SYS Reflect uses a hierarchy of Organizations, Sites, and Systems (which in turn can have connected Peripherals).

• An Organization represents the end-user, typically a company name. It contains one or more Sites.
• A Site typically represents a physical location within an Organization. It contains one or more Systems.
• A System is a single Q-SYS design file running on a Q-SYS core processor or redundant pair of Cores. The design file contains connections to Peripherals. A System could represent a particular space, such as a conference room, within the Site.
• A Peripheral (monitored) is any Q-SYS or third-party device monitored by Q-SYS Reflect, such as amplifiers, cameras, touch screens, and network video endpoints.

Note: Q-SYS peripheral devices are automatically monitored by Q-SYS Reflect. Monitoring of third-party devices is optional.

Q-SYS Reflect Subscriptions

Q-SYS Reflect is a subscription service. When you subscribe, you specify the quantity of Systems for monitoring, as well as a Software Tier, which determines what features are available.
